MS005 – Test bench for alternators and starters
We present our new development – MS005 multifunctional test bench for automotive starters and alternators.
The MS005 test bench helps to check the main performance characteristics of car electrical units:
- 12, 24, 48-volt alternators: L/FR, SIG, RLO, RVC, C KOREA, P-D, COM (LIN, BSS), C JAPAN, I-Eloop, under load up to 300A;
- starter up to 6 kW (in idle mode).
Distinctive features of the stand: ease of use, fast test time, accuracy of measured values.
The stand has additional advantages:
- The stand has a system of mounting the units without the use of additional tools.
- The stand comes with specialised diagnostic cables for connection to the alternator regulator and has a base of alternators, which makes it much easier to connect the unit being diagnosed.
- Two diagnostic modes are available for the operator: manual and automatic.
- The system of selecting the load on the diagnosed generator is provided to avoid the possibility of damage to the unit by excessive load.
- Diagnostic results can be entered as numerical values, oscillograms and graphs.
- All diagnostic results can be saved and printed on an external printer.
The use of the standMS005 in the conditions of the workshop, car repair shop, service station, will facilitate and accelerate the work of personnel to identify the causes of malfunction of alternators and starters. The stand will help to carry out control tests of units after repair work or restoration.
